• No Edits After the Deadline: Once your information is submitted, no further edits can be made after the application deadline has closed.


• Editing During the Selection Process: If you need to make changes, please wait for the curatorial results.


• Post-Selection Editing Phase: If your artwork is selected, we will send you an email detailing the next steps for revisions. You will follow a series of steps and will have an opportunity to review and edit your layout once we share the final book draft with you.


• Monitor Your Inbox: Please do not miss any of our emails or deadlines.


• Follow Submission Rules: Ensure you follow all instructions carefully before submitting the form.
