Applying to The Artist Zenith Open Submissions is a simple, step-by-step process designed to make participation easy for artists worldwide.

Step 1: Find an Open Submission

Go to the Open Submissions page from the main menu
Browse all active artist calls
Review each submission's title, theme, and concept carefully
Check whether your work aligns with the theme and vision of the call before applying

Step 2: Select the Artist Call

Click on the submission you wish to apply for
Review complete details of the selected edition
Check eligibility criteria and important deadlines

Step 3: Complete the Registration Form

Fill in your information carefully
Fields marked with (*) are mandatory
Ensure all information is accurate and up to date
No further edits will be allowed after verification

Step 4: Pay the Submission Fee

Proceed to payment after completing the form
Complete payment using bank transfer
Upload payment receipt for verification

Step 5: Upload Artist Information

Upload artist photograph
Add artist biography
Add artist statement

Step 6: Upload Your Artwork

Upload high-quality JPG/JPEG files
Minimum 2 artworks and maximum 8 artworks
Each file should be under 2MB
