Step 1: Find an Open Submission
  • Go to the Open Submissions page from the main menu
  • Browse all active artist calls
  • Review each submission’s title, theme, and concept carefully
  • Check whether your work aligns with the theme and vision of the call before applying
Step 2: Select the Artist Call
  • Click on the submission you wish to apply for
  • Review the complete details of the selected edition and check eligibility criteria for participation
  • Note important deadlines and key dates
Step 3: Complete the Registration Form
  • Fill in your information carefully
  • Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory
  • Ensure all information is accurate and up to date
  • Edits can be made until the submission is verified; once verified, no further edits will be allowed
  • Wait for results and next steps before attempting to update information
Step 4: Pay the Submission Fee
  • Proceed to the payment section after completing the form
  • Complete the secure payment process using bank transfer
  • Upload the payment receipt for verification
Step 5: Upload Artist Information
  • Upload a clear, high-quality artist photograph
  • Provide an artist biography (100–200 words)
  • Submit an artist statement (150–300 words)
  • This helps the editorial team understand your artistic identity
Step 6: Upload Your Artwork
  • Upload high-resolution JPEG/JPG files only
  • Minimum 2 artworks, maximum 8 artworks
  • Each file must be under 2 MB
  • Ensure all artwork is original and publication-ready
Step 7: Submit Your Application
  • Review all information carefully before submitting
  • Check uploaded files and details
  • Verify payment confirmation
  • Submit only when fully satisfied

  • Email notification will be sent after review
  • Final results will be shared after deadline closes
  • Selection is based on quality, originality, and theme alignment
